About Pet Heaven

We recently had to let my our big beautiful girl go for her final sleep she was 12.5 year old Rottweiler. Forbes Robertson was very professional and I had her back home the very next day. She came home with her paw print framed and lovely gesture of a bottle of wine to toast to her memory.
The services that Pet Heaven offers I would highly recommend to use as it was highly professional and we were treated with empathy and Kindness. My beautiful girl got the love, care and respect she deserved.

Lost our beloved boy Shadow this week. Luckily I had read about pet heaven and knew when the time came I wanted him to go there. So thankful to Forbes and his assistance with Shadows final journey. Shadow was treated with so much dignity and we got as much time as we wanted with him in the bereavement room to say our final goodbyes as a family.

We always did the best for Shadow for his 12 years of life and taking him to pets heaven was the last good thing we could do for him. He was only away from us for the afternoon then we got a phone call saying our boy was ready to come home. Along with his casket we got some locks of his hair, a framed paw print, some forget me knot seeds to scatter and a bottle of wine to toast our absent boy. So very thoughtful and having him home with us that night and not away for weeks made a traumatic day just a little easier to cope with.

Would definitely recommend your services to anyone going through the same situation. Shadow was treated with the love and respect he deserved and it meant so much to us.

What a loving and caring experience in such devastating circumstances. Have used the vets cremation services for my other dogs in the past, but having worked in the pet industry for multiple years I’d learned that vets only get pick ups once a week, and your beloved pet is put in deep freeze until they are picked up. I wasn’t letting that happen to my beloved Millie.

I contacted pets heaven on the morning of the day I was having Millie PTS, and couldn’t have asked for a kinder more caring man to take care of her on her journey over the rainbow bridge.

While it was late on in the day that we said goodbye to my furry nutter, they accommodated us.

We phoned pet heaven and he was picked up that day and cremated in the afternoon.

Having previously used a big name vet practice for 2 previous cremations of my fur babies this was my first time using pets heaven and the difference is immeasurable. The service was amazing and catered to our wishes of keeping both mum and daughter together. I received my girls back home the same day that they crossed over the bridge which is amazing as I have previously had an extensive wait with other pet cremations. Pets heaven even went above and beyond expectations of giving me the girls paw prints in a lovely frame. I will definitely use again should I need to and will definitely recommend to all my friends and family

Sadly we had to have one of our cats Theo put to sleep. We took him to Pet Heaven who were very kind and thoughtful and made what was a very difficult time that little bit easier. We were not made to feel rushed at all and were able to spend a last few minutes in private with our beloved cat Theo. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding.

Excellent service to help me say goodbye to a beloved and much adored pet Willow and taking her back home that day was a bonus. Forbes went above and beyond to deliver comfort on a very traumatic day. I would highly recommend Pet Heaven to anyone in similar circumstances. A big Thankyou!

Forbes went above and beyond when I lost my beautiful boy Ravi on Sunday. We brought Ravi home to allow his sister to say goodbye and Forbes came to collect him later that day. He treated him with such respect and brought his ashes back to me that evening. Can’t thank him enough.

Although we knew the day was coming when we had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Buddy as he was diagnosed with cancer in the Spring, there’ nothing in the world prepares you for the actual day. We already had spoken to Forbes at Pet Heaven and planned when this sad day comes. Forbes was a pleasure to deal with, providing understanding and sympathy and extremely professional putting our minds at ease in relation to the process. Despite being late on Monday evening, Forbes collected Buddy on Tuesday morning, and he was back home with us on Tuesday afternoon. We would highly recommend Forbes making things so peaceful.

I would like to thank forbes at pet heaven for the personal and caring attention myself and my partner recieved this week after the hard decision we faced with the passing of our beloved best friend ragdoll cat milo we had 11 years of loving you and wish I had many more ?? forbes was so kind and respected out wishes . After 2 hours we got our boy back home with his ashes a lovely photo frame with paw print locks of hair forget me knot seeds to plant and a bottle of wine to celebrate miles life . I would recommend this service was so touching thankyou again ???

I arrived here heartbroken to leave my lovely little Rabbit, but right from the start I knew she would be taken care of here. The owner was so very caring and I felt such comfort knowing my lovely rabbit was in safe hands. It was such a peaceful and lovely final goodbye and I could not recommend here more for any broken-hearted pet owner. I brought her in in the morning and got her back on the same day and I could not be more grateful or glad for her to be back home with me so quickly.

Thank you ever so much for taking such care with my sweetest little Willow and letting us have such a lovely final experience with her.

I would recommend pet heaven to anyone looking for a personal and thoughtful touch to a sad time of having to part with a pet. Was handled with respect and care from the first phone call. The thought of having to leave my dog in the vet probably in a fridge for days i didnt like and forbes took care of that by handling everything for me in the one day so i could take her home with me. 1 class service would like to say thank you again for making that extremely hard day that bit easier.

My children unfortunately lost their pet rabbit on Sunday morning.
Both of my boys are Autistic and found it extremely confusing and upsetting that our Hercules was gone. Forbes was so understanding and gentle to my boys.
We got Hercules home later that evening where he belongs, this helped my children so much knowing that he was back home with them.

I will be eternally grateful for what you done for us. The boys have their frames in their bedrooms of his paw prints, I think they feel some comfort from having these.

Forbes you are a rare soul I wish I could have met you under better circumstances.

Pet Heaven will be recommended by myself to anyone who has the heartbreak of losing their beloved pets.

My little Guinea Pig Henry died unexpectedly on 10th September.
From the first phone call to Forbes and the quick visit I made around dinner time, to collecting my boy to come home again, I was met with kindness, compassion and empathy. Also, most importantly for me, no judgement for being upset. I’ve had comments in the past for being upset at "just a guinea pig" but Forbes acknowledged Henry was a family member regardless of his size.

Henry was a very special guinea pig to me, my little heart piggie, and Forbes honoured him perfectly.

Henry was recieved the next day to be looked after at 9am and i got a phone call at 12 midday with the words "I’ve got a wee boy ready to be picked up"

On collecting my boy Henry, I was also given a little bag with wine to toast Henry’s life, some clippings from his beautiful coat, forget me not seeds and a framed pawprint. I had read testimonials where others received this but didn’t expect it with Henry being a small animal, It’s a beautiful gesture and a lovely personal touch by Forbes.

I had lost my boy and had him home again within 24 hours. That is everything!

By using Pet Heaven, there is no over thinking about our babies sitting in a fridge waiting to be collected for cremation which I find upsetting when I’ve used veterinary services in the past.

Thank you once again Forbes. For treating my Henry with dignity and respect and also for the care and compassion towards myself.

I would highly recommend Pet Heaven as they were very understanding at such a difficult time. They organised my precious Broxi’s cremation on a Saturday and received the ashes back on the same evening. A beautiful paw print and some fur was also given when the ashes were collected. Pet Heaven helped to send off my beloved dog like part of the family that he was.

Recently had to have my border terrier Tilly put to sleep 🥲 Pet heaven made this difficult time run so smoothly,I can’t thank them enough,the little keepsakes are a lovely touch.

Second time I've used pet heaven and I am so glad I did as I could never use a vets again to arrange dogs cremation
Unfortunately vets give pets to crematorium and they can be left for days before they get to cremating our pets
Forbes Robertson treats ourselves and our pets with the utmost respect and if it's out of hours he opens the premises to receive our pet
He has our pets ashes to us that day or next and never leaves pets for days (unlike others)
We arranged to collect ashes next day and they were presented in a lovely bag
We received a lovely phone frame with some of Lilly's hair and print of her paw and forget me not seed to grow
We scattered Lilly's ashes at home along with ashes and every time flowers grow a little bit of Lilly's is in them
Ashes were in a lovely container and nice bottle of wine and a small plaque with her name on it
Unfortunately when our beloved pets pass away we want to give them the best send off we can and pets heaven is who I would recommend every time
